Nina remained approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to support me. I valued her support, constructive criticisms, and feedback. From day one, I felt like a valuable part of the team, and on the last day, I felt confident that the connections & genuine friendships I formed during the fellowship would continue on as I move forward in my career.

Nina is a wonderfully supportive mentor. During our Fellowship, she went out of her way to organize professional development opportunities and helped guide me in every step of my graduate school application process.

Nina gave us so many opportunities & experiences during this year that I did not expect coming into this fellowship. She was always looking for ways to improve our experience and help us gain the most skills we could to help us in our next steps.
